ZED uses ETAP to perform the relay settings & coordination study as well as fault sequence analysis. The results and reports can be generated in different formats.

ZED's expertise is in programming the modern microprocessor based relays. Different programming tools are used by ZED to transfer the calculated settings to the protective relays and devices. . The relay programming includes entering protective relay settings into the programme in accordance with relay setting and coordination study, identifying the communication protocol between the relay and the control system.

The other field which ZED is a specialist in, is pre-commissioning and commissioning of protective relays. ZED has a technical know-how to deal with conventional and modern protective relays and set them appropriately.
